Christine Cervenka has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Christine started their career as the Director of Market Research at Creative Quest, where they conducted custom market research studies across different sectors and successfully secured sales in telecommunications, law, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, and non-profit agencies. Christine then joined AT&T in 2003 as a Consultant, where they played a crucial role in creating a new product configuration and led the post-divestiture transition team. At AT&T, they held multiple roles, including Director of Marketing and Director of Strategic Insights and Research. In these positions, they oversaw finance operations, managed IT systems administrators, and developed and deployed solutions to address regulatory and strategic initiatives. Most recently, Christine Cervenka joined Barrett Values Centre as the Marketing Director, responsible for end-to-end marketing and transformation of business models and organizations through analytics, training, and consulting.

Christine Cervenka holds a Ph.D. in Psychology from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale. Prior to this, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville. In addition to their formal education, Christine has obtained certifications in "Think Before You Design - Design Thinking" from The University of Texas at Austin and "Riva Focus Group Facilitation."
