Izabel Mattos

Izabel Mattos is the CEO and founder of Vangarden Soluções Inteligentes, which has been a prominent player in the health sector in the greater Florianópolis area for over 21 years. In addition to leading Vangarden, Izabel serves as a Deliberative Counselor and consultant at AEMFLO and CDL-SJ, providing strategic management training. Izabel is also a transformation consultant in organizational culture at Barrett Values Centre and a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach, specializing in talent development through coaching. Previous roles include mediating for CORTE CATARINENSE DE MEDIAÇÃO E ARBITRAGEM, serving as Vice-Director of Peopletech at ACATE, and working as a Business Coach at EAG. Izabel has experience in municipal health project management and was a professor of Italian language and literature at Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina, where an early passion for reading and learning fostered a deep understanding of human nature. Izabel holds a degree in Italian Language and Literature and is pursuing a postgraduate degree in Positive Psychology.
