Heidi Sandrev

Heidi Sandrev has extensive work experience in various roles related to marketing and sales. Heidi most recently worked as the Director of Channel Marketing at Barrette Outdoor Living since August 2017. Prior to that, they were the Chemical Sales Manager at Norweco, Inc. where they managed a team of product specialists and achieved sales goals through establishing customer relationships and implementing operational processes. Heidi also worked as a Marketing and Sales Business Professional at a business consulting firm and as a Regional Sales Manager at Step 2, where they increased sales and added new customers. Before that, they were the Marketing Manager / Voice of Customer at Akzo Nobel Decorative Coatings and the Sales Support Center Supervisor at Barnes Distribution, where they directed a team and implemented performance management processes. Heidi also worked as a Segment Marketing Manager at Barnes Distribution, managing the food processing market segment and generating incremental sales. Finally, they started their career at Sherwin Williams as a Product / Marketing Manager, overseeing brand management and marketing communications.
