Zachary Hoiberg

Zachary Hoiberg currently serves as the President of DIY DIS since January 2024 and as a Network Engineer at Barrette Outdoor Living since August 2022, where responsibilities include supporting and maintaining Fortigate firewalls and deploying SDWAN. Prior experience includes a role as a Network Administrator at Duncan Aviation, focusing on Cisco devices and adherence to Department of Defense security guidelines, and a Communications Network Analyst position at The University of South Dakota, involving support for Cisco VOIP and management of Office 365 services. Earlier roles include student researcher positions at Dakota State University, developing cybersecurity tools and assisting with educational summer camps, as well as internships in application support at POET and as a help desk technician at University Center Sioux Falls. Zachary holds a Master of Science in Cyber Defense and a Bachelor of Science in Network & Security Administration, both from Dakota State University.
