Derek Parker

Derek Parker is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in project management. Currently serving as a Project Executive at Barringer Construction since April 2019, Derek has successfully directed the construction process, overseeing project cost control and coordinating activities across multiple sites. Prior to this role, Derek held positions as Project Manager at Clancy & Theys Construction Company from May 2016 to April 2019, and at Danis Building Construction Company from April 2015 to June 2016, along with earlier tenure at Clancy & Theys Construction Company from February 2008 to April 2015. Derek began a career in construction as an Assistant Project Manager at DeVere Construction Company from January 2005 to January 2008. Derek holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from East Carolina University, earned in 2005.
