Nicholas Sim

Nicholas Sim (沈褔荣) serves as the Managing Partner for APAC Retained Search at Barrington James since October 2017, where responsibilities include rebuilding the Board & Executive Partners brand to provide specialized retained search services. Prior achievements include leading medical affairs recruitment in Asia Pacific, achieving 339% of the target in March 2021 and being recognized as the top revenue biller in the region. Prior to Barrington James, Nicholas held the position of Recruitment Team Lead at Recruit Express Pte Ltd, overseeing a team of medical recruiters and successfully meeting sales targets.
