John Freeman

John Freeman possesses a robust background in electrical systems and cybersecurity. Currently serving as a Field Services Engineer at Barrister Global Services Network since March 2018, John has expertise in technical functions, installation, and IT solutions. Recent engagements at Boise State University include conducting research on side channel attacks and developing countermeasures, as well as contributing to incident response plans in the MISP project. Prior experience includes a Cybersecurity Analyst Internship, where John performed vulnerability assessments and monitored network threats, and a role as a LINE Product Supervisor and QA Engineer at Acclima, Inc., focusing on quality assurance and team management. With a Master’s degree in Cybersecurity and a Bachelor’s in Electrical and Computer Hardware Engineering, John combines technical proficiency with leadership experience to drive results.
