Jessica Zaporowski, SHRM-CP

Jessica Zaporowski, SHRM-CP, has extensive work experience in human resources and legal support roles.

Starting in 2005, Jessica worked as a Paralegal for a law firm until 2012. Jessica then joined Jones, Skelton and Hochuli as a Litigation Paralegal, where they stayed until 2012.

In 2012, Jessica transitioned to the role of Paralegal at Clark Hill PLC and worked until 2014.

In 2014, they joined Openforce as a Risk & Human Resources Manager and worked in this role until 2018.

During their time at Openforce, in 2018, they briefly worked as a Human Resources Manager at FoxFarm Soil & Fertilizer Company.

Later in 2018, Jessica joined VincentBenjamin as a Human Resources Manager and worked until 2019.

Currently, since December 2019, Jessica holds the position of Director of Human Resources at Barron Lighting Group.

Jessica Zaporowski, SHRM-CP, has a strong education background in both language and literature as well as legal studies. Jessica received their Bachelor of Arts - BA degree in English Language and Literature from Arizona State University, where they studied until 2023. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate of Arts - AA degree in English from Rio Salado College, attending from 2014 to 2016. Jessica also holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) degree in Legal Assistant/Paralegal from Everest College-Phoenix, which they completed from 2003 to 2005.

In addition to their formal education, Jessica has obtained multiple certifications. Jessica is a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP), which they obtained in February 2018 from SHRM. Jessica has also obtained the SHRM California Employment Law certification from SHRM Certification in July 2018.
