Karl Zartarian has extensive experience in the lighting industry, starting in 1992 as an International Regional Sales Manager at Cooper Crouse-Hinds. Karl later joined Hubbell Lighting as a Marketing Manager, where they were responsible for P&L and new product development. Zartarian then became a Regional Sales Manager at Hubbell Lighting, achieving a 25% CAGR between 2003 and 2005. Karl subsequently worked at Sea Gull Lighting Products LLC as a Sales Director and Product Manager, overseeing product development and sales for the Ambiance brand. Zartarian then joined Eaton as a Regional Channel Director and later as an Eaton Key Channel Accounts Director, where they worked closely with high-level executives at Electrical Distributor Channel Partners to drive growth and provide solutions. Most recently, Zartarian has been working at Barron Lighting Group as a Regional Vice President, leading the Northeast Region to exceed sales quotas and establish new business partnerships. Throughout their career, they have consistently demonstrated strong leadership skills and a strategic approach to growing the businesses they worked for.
Karl Zartarian completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Commerce & Engineering at Drexel University. Following this, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Radford University from 2000 to 2003. Apart from their formal education, Karl has also obtained certifications in Channel Management from Miller Heiman Group (formerly MHI Global), Public Speaking from Career T.R.A.C.K., Residential Lighting from the American Lighting Association, and Strategic Management from the American Management Association.
