Shaina Mishkin

Shaina Mishkin is a reporter at Barron's. Shaina previously worked as a real estate writer for Money Magazine from November 2017 to February 2020. At Money, they led data analysis and reporting for the brand's Best Places to Live franchise and reported quick-turn news, trend analysis, and features about personal finance and real estate for Money.com. Her work has been published in MONEY Magazine and syndicated across digital brands, including Yahoo, PEOPLE, Business Insider, MSN, Travel + Leisure, Better Homes and Gardens, and more.

Before their time at Money Magazine, Mishkin was the entertainment producer at MassLive.com from September 2014 to November 2017. During their time there, they maintained their position as MassLive’s most-viewed author between January 2016 and October 2017. Shaina also coordinated and executed high-impact content series, including House of the Week features, Best Of Mass contests, and prom coverage. In addition to this, Mishkin also managed the entertainment staff and directed life and culture content at New England’s second largest news website.

Mishkin began their career as an intern at MassLive.com in June 2014 before being promoted to senior arts producer at The Massachusetts Daily Collegian in January 2013.
