Barbara Axmacher

Barbara Axmacher is an experienced professional in associate relations strategy, currently serving as the Director of Associate Relations Strategy at Barry-Wehmiller since December 2016. With a strong background in human resources consulting from 2014 to 2016, Barbara provided career coaching and policy development services to both individuals and businesses. Prior to this, Barbara spent nearly three decades at FleishmanHillard Inc., where leadership roles included SVP & Senior Partner, Vice President, and Director of Administrative Services, contributing significantly to talent development and strategic HR planning. Barbara holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communications from Towson University and an Associate's Degree in General Studies from Anne Arundel Community College.
