Mike Damato

Mike D'Amato has extensive experience in project management and maintenance within the energy sector, having held various roles since 1981. Currently, Mike serves as a Project Manager at BHI Energy, focused on RCP seal and motor work, and previously held similar positions at Absolute Consulting, Inc. and Demark Consulting. From 1981 to 2009, Mike managed outage maintenance activities at Arizona Public Service. Mike is also a retired manager from D'Amato's Homestead since February 2016 and actively enjoys leisure activities such as golfing, Viking cruising, and spending time with grandchildren. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Pacific Western University, earned between 1972 and 1976.
