Zan Hoagland

Zan Hoagland is a skilled engineer with extensive experience in turbine generator systems and nuclear power plant operations. Currently serving as a Turbine Generator Engineer at BHI Energy since April 2023, Zan contributes to the 3R22 and 2R28 Turbine Teams and supports General Electric's Steam Turbine team during maintenance activities. Prior to this role, Zan worked at Dominion Energy from May 2015 to September 2022 as a Senior Engineer, acting as the subject matter expert for the Service Water System and providing critical insights into design, performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and technical support for complex plant issues. Zan holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from West Virginia University Institute of Technology, earned between 1980 and 1985.
