John Lilak

John Lilak is a seasoned Professional Land Surveyor with extensive experience spanning over three decades in various surveying roles. Currently serving as Survey Manager at Bartlett & West since April 2020, John specializes in projects related to the department of transportation (DOT), railroad general surveys, and general site surveys, particularly for the oil and gas pipeline industries. Prior to this, John held senior survey management positions at MTS QUANTA, LLC and QPS Engineering, LLC, focusing on similar projects. John began a long career at TranSystems, where relevant experience was gained over 25 years in multiple capacities, including Senior Professional Partner and Survey Manager. John holds an Associate degree in Engineering Technology from Metropolitan Community College-Longview Campus.
