Ken Stumpf is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in design and project management. Currently serving as the Lead Design Engineer at Bartlett & West since September 2005, Ken provides engineering and consulting services to mid-Missouri cities and rural water districts. Previously, Ken worked as a Project Manager at Black & Veatch from March 1980 to August 2002 and as the Lead Operations Engineer at American British Consultants (AMBRIC) from June 1988 to July 1991, where responsibilities included managing a team for a Needs Assessment Report for the sanitary sewer district in Cairo, Egypt, under USAID funding. Ken holds a Master of Engineering Management from the University of Detroit Mercy and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the same institution.
