Micaela Johnson

Micaela Johnson is an experienced professional in civil engineering and conference planning. Currently serving as a Project Engineer at Bartlett & West since May 2023, Micaela has held multiple leadership roles within the National Society of Black Engineers, including Conference Planning Manager, Fall Regional Conference Chairperson, Chapter President, and Marketing Director. Micaela's previous experience also includes a position as an Engineering Ambassador and Assistant Coordinator for Student Engagement at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, along with public relations coordination for the American Society of Civil Engineers. Micaela's early career included working as a To-Go Team Specialist at Brinker International and as an AmeriCorps Member. Micaela earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, graduating in 2023.
