Russell Yarnell

Russell Yarnell is a seasoned Project Engineer at Bartlett & West, specializing in Rail and Water & Wastewater projects since June 2005. In addition, Russell Yarnell founded Half Day Creamery in March 2016, which produces yogurt from Hildebrand Dairies milk and supports the local communities of Lawrence, KS; Topeka, KS; and surrounding areas. Previous experience includes serving as Treasurer for Beautiful Savior Lutheran Church from 2007 to 2014, and completing two internships with the Kansas Department of Transportation in 2000 and 2001, focusing on survey work and construction observation. Russell Yarnell holds a Master of Science in Biological and Agricultural Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, both from Kansas State University.
