Abe Mastbaum

Abe Mastbaum has extensive experience in the financial industry, specializing in tax law, capital markets, and compliance. With a background in accounting and finance, Abe has held key positions in various companies, including Chief Financial and Compliance Officer at American Securities, LP and now serving as Tax & Capital Markets Counsel at Barton LLP. Abe is a subject matter expert in regulatory enforcement actions, broker-dealer compensation practices, and the Investment Advisers Act of 1940. Throughout their career, Abe has managed industry regulator examinations, directed audit processes, and devised financial strategies for hedge funds and investment firms.
