Hosein Taghizadeh

Hossein TaghiZadeh is an experienced Algorithm Engineer and Chief Technology Officer at Basalam since November 2018, where responsibilities include leading product management and AI initiatives, as well as developing a marketplace recommendation system and an intent-based search engine utilizing NLP techniques. Prior to Basalam, Hossein served as a Lecturer at the University of Qom, teaching Introduction to NLP, and held various roles at Sahab Pardaz Data Mining, CRCIS, and Nashr-e-Makhtoot, focusing on information retrieval and text mining in Persian and Arabic. Hossein's early career included freelance web development and positions at multiple organizations in software development and management. Academic qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Software Engineering from Shiraz University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering from Shahab Danesh University.
