Thembile Matlaisane

Thembile Matlaisane has a solid background in business analysis and consulting. They started their career in 2007 at Accenture as a Consultant, where they worked until 2012. In 2012, they joined Standard Bank Group as a Business Analyst until 2013. Thembile then moved to Nedbank in 2013, where they worked as a Senior Business Analyst until 2016. During their time at Nedbank, they also worked as a Business Solution Integrator from 2016 to 2017, focusing on requirements analysis, business process improvements, and solution design in the Payment Innovation team. Currently, Thembile is working at Basalt Technology as a Senior Business Analyst since 2022.

Thembile Matlaisane completed a diploma in Business Analysis at the Faculty Training Institute in the year 2013. Prior to that, from 2002 to 2005, Thembile pursued a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Information Technology at the Cape Peninsula University of Technology.
