Ryan A. Brown is the President and CEO of Base 16 Consulting, Inc. Since co-founding the firm over 15 years ago, he has led large scale online technology projects, most recently leveraging blockchain technologies. Previously, he was the CTO of Roanoke Technology Corp., a publicly traded Internet company.
