Trúc Linh has worked in the Human Resources field since 2021. From 2021 to 2022, they worked as an HR Intern at Công ty Truyền thông và Giải trí HG Media, where they were responsible for looking for recruitment resources and posting jobs, entering and saving data of candidates, and calling and setting up interview schedules. From 2022 to present, they have worked as a Talent Acquisition at Base.vn and a CTV Tuyển dụng at Tuyển Dụng Bizfly - VCCorp. In their role at Base.vn, they are in charge of recruiting Business Consultant, Customer Development and Customer Success Specialist (Fresher/ Junior), processing CVs on hiring system, conducting phone interviews, and announcing interview results via email.

Trúc Linh is currently attending Vietnam National University, Hanoi, where they are pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General. Trúc is expected to graduate in 2022. In 2021, they obtained Digital Body Language and Excel Essential Training (Office 365/Microsoft 365) certifications from LinkedIn.
