Caroline Broder

Prior to joining Base10, Caroline spent four years at Crosslink Capital, an early stage fund based in the Bay Area.At Crosslink, Caroline focused on lead and co-lead investments within fintech, logistics, and enterprise and vertical software businesses. Caroline sourced or was involved in early stage investments in Denim (fka Axle Payments), Forma, Gridwise, Koxa, MazumaGo, Syncari, and Telegraph.

Prior to her career in venture, Caroline worked in private equity consulting at Parthenon-EY and in analytics within Lyft’s fleet business. She graduated from Amherst College with a BA in Psychology, where she was a member of the Women’s Soccer program. When she's not in the office, you can probably find Caroline on a bike or on skis.
