Damián Cristini

Damián Cristini is a Talent Analyst at BASE4 Security since November 2023, following experience as a Digital Learning Trainee at Danone from December 2021 to May 2023, where responsibilities included managing billing and budget for Talent Acquisition and Learning and Development. Prior to that, Damián worked as an intern at Facility Service SA, assisting in personnel administration, and as a Freelance IT Recruiter at ARGEC - Capital humano, focusing on candidate sourcing and screening. Damián's early career began at Estudio Ekes, Cristini & Asociados, where duties involved tax-related tasks. Damián is currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources at UADE, building on earlier education from the University of Buenos Aires.
