Alperen Şahin

Alperen Şahin has a diverse work experience in the field of software engineering and project management. Alperen currently holds the position of Software Engineering Lead at Base64.ai, where they have been working since April 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Software Engineer at the same company from July 2021 to April 2022.

Before joining Base64.ai, Alperen worked at Xeddata as a Full Stack Engineer from September 2019 to July 2021. In this role, they were responsible for serverless backend development using AWS Lambda, DynamoDB, and API Gateway. Alperen also worked on AWS serverless applications based distributed crawler design and development, as well as Vue.js applications development.

Alperen gained valuable experience in project management and leadership roles during their time at Galatasaray Üniversitesi Robotik Kulübü. Alperen served as a Project Manager from June 2019 to January 2020, President from September 2018 to June 2019, and Software Developer from March 2016 to September 2018.

Furthermore, Alperen has interned at eBay as a Software Development Intern in July 2019. Alperen has also worked as a Software Developer at Xedzone from June 2018 to October 2018.

In addition to their professional experience, Alperen has been involved in the Galatasaray Üniversitesi Mühendislik Kulübü as Public Relations from October 2015 to 2017.

Through their various roles, Alperen has gained expertise in software engineering, project management, full stack development, serverless architecture, and leadership.

Alperen Şahin attended Galatasaray Üniversitesi from 2015 to 2021, where they obtained their Lisans Derecesi (Bachelor's Degree) in Bilgisayar Mühendisliği (Computer Engineering).
