Biodiversity Partnerships Manager at Basecamp Research

Bupe Mwambingu has a diverse range of work experience spanning over 20 years. Bupe is currently working as the Biodiversity Partnerships Manager at Basecamp Research. Prior to this, they served as an Emergency Operations member at Kenyon International Emergency Services from November 2017.

Bupe also worked as a Science Communicator/Glyndwr University at Xplore! Science Discovery Centre from November 2019 until June 2021. From November 2015 to July 2019, Bupe served as the Chemistry Project Officer at Liverpool John Moores University.

Before transitioning to the science field, Bupe worked at Bank of America Business as a Client Services Account Manager from January 2007 to August 2012. Bupe also worked at NHS Wales as a Practice Manager from August 2005 to January 2007 and at Macy's as an Area Sales Manager from April 2001 to July 2005.

Bupe'scareer began as a Language Interpreter at LanguageLine Solutions in June 2000, where they worked until May 2005. Throughout their career, Bupe has gained a breadth of experience in various industries and roles.

Bupe Mwambingu has a diverse education history. They obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from The Manchester Metropolitan University. Prior to this, they pursued an Applied Science Diploma in Molecular Biology at Cheshire West College. In addition, Bupe Mwambingu completed a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Forensic Science from Liverpool John Moores University. Lastly, they have also pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Forensic Science and Technology from Staffordshire University.
