Erin Golding is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment, having held various impactful roles across several organizations. Currently, Erin serves in human resources at Airia, focusing on integrating AI into enterprise workflows. Previously, at BaseCamp305, Erin oversees recruiting and admissions for a school dedicated to high-achieving students. As a talent acquisition consultant at EBG Talent Acquisition Consulting, Erin collaborated with software start-ups to enhance their recruitment capabilities.
