Vignesh Nandha Kumar

Vignesh Nandha Kumar has a diverse work experience in product design, user experience, and web development. Vignesh is currently working as a Product Design Lead at Baselane since 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Lead Product Designer at Razorpay from 2022 to 2023, where they streamlined the onboarding process and designed a new consumer app. From 2018 to 2022, Vignesh worked as a Senior Product Designer at Instawork, where they were responsible for designing and scaling the worker app across different regions and verticals. Vignesh also owned the mobile design system during their tenure. Earlier in their career, they worked as a UX Designer at Mercedes-Benz Research and Development and as a UX Consultant at GoodWorkLabs in 2017. Vignesh also has experience working at Recruiterbox, where they held multiple roles such as Design Lead, UX Designer, and Frontend Developer from 2012 to 2017. Before that, they worked as a UX/UI Engineer at Beevolve in 2012. Vignesh started their career as a Software Engineer at HashCube from 2011 to 2012, where they also served as a UX designer for various apps and developed automation scripts.

Vignesh Nandha Kumar completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science & Engineering from Madras Institute of Technology from 2007 to 2011. Vignesh later pursued a Master's degree in Applied Psychology from Annamalai University between 2019 and 2021.

In addition to their formal education, Vignesh Nandha Kumar has obtained several certifications. In 2015, they completed the course "Think Again: How to Reason and Argue" through Coursera. In 2017, they obtained a certificate in "Human-Centered Design: an Introduction" also from Coursera. In 2018, they completed the courses "User Experience: Research & Prototyping," "Input and Interaction," and obtained a "Membership Certificate" from The Interaction Design Foundation. Moreover, in 2022, Vignesh Nandha Kumar acquired certifications in "Introduction to Typography" and "Fundamentals of Graphic Design" from Coursera.
