Michael Baca

Michael Baca has a diverse work experience in the creative industry. Michael is currently working as a Sr. Art Director at BASIC/DEPT® since March 2023 and previously held the role of Art Director, Content BASIC/DEPT® @ Google since September 2021. Before that, they worked as a Photographer & Video Editor at Lyft from May 2019 to September 2021. Prior to that, they were self-employed in the field of Creative Production from July 2018 to May 2019. Michael also held the position of Creative Strategist and Photographer at Pandora from March 2014 to July 2018. Michael has experience in Associate Producer/Editor/Shooter roles at Discovery Digital Networks from September 2012 to March 2014 and as a Video Producer/Editor at Future US from April 2011 to October 2012. Additionally, they worked in Studio Operations at Revision3 from August 2009 to April 2011 and as a Photographer/Videographer at SF Station from June 2010 to February 2011.

Michael Baca obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Multimedia Communications from the Academy of Art University, where they studied from 2008 to 2012.
