Matthew Kolling is a highly experienced Senior Staff Counsel who has worked in various legal roles, including as a City Attorney and Lawyer at different firms. With a J.D. from the University of Minnesota Law School and a B.A. in History from the University of North Dakota, Matthew brings a wealth of legal knowledge and expertise to their current position at Basin Electric Power Cooperative.
