In 2021, they continued their career with Basis Technologies (formerly Centro) as the Director, Talent Acquisition. Michelle successfully led and optimized the recruiting function, enhancing the candidate experience and fostering community. Currently, they serve as the VP, Talent Acquisition at Basis Technologies, leading the Talent Acquisition function and using their years of recruiting experience to grow the company and establish the employer brand.
