Trevor Ticehurst has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Trevor started their career in 1994 as a Computer Programmer at WCS Systems. Trevor then moved on to Accenture in 1997, where they worked as a Senior Consultant/Manager until 2005. Following that, they joined SAP as a Senior Solution Architect from 2005 to 2008.

In 2008, Trevor took on the role of Managing Director at Eurisko Technology Services Ltd until 2013. During this period, they also had a brief stint at Centrica as a Lead Designer and Agile Coach from 2008 to 2009, and later as a Development Lead from 2010 to 2011.

Trevor returned to SAP in 2012 as an Instructor until 2014. From 2011 to 2013, they worked as a Senior Product Manager at Basis Technologies International, where they were responsible for Product Management, Development & Strategy for the Business Data Exceptions (BDEx) software and the Predictive Customer Insight App.

In 2013, Trevor joined Basis Technologies as a Solution Director - Utilities, overseeing the product strategy, development, and delivery of the Utilities Industry Solutions. Trevor then progressed to become the VP Global Product Delivery from 2017 to 2019 and subsequently served as the Chief Delivery Officer until 2022.

Most recently, Trevor held the positions of Chief Customer Success Officer and Chief Customer Officer at Basis Technologies. In these roles, they focused on driving business agility and transformation through the development of automation technology that reduces the time required to execute SAP change and minimizes deployment risks.

Throughout their career, Trevor has developed a wealth of experience in SAP, product management, delivery, and customer success.

Trevor Ticehurst completed their Bachelor of Arts degree (BA Hons) in Business Management and I.T. from The University of Manchester between 1990 and 1993. Trevor later pursued a Master's degree (MSc) in Computing at the University of Portsmouth from 1996 to 1997.
