Paul Busching

Paul Busching is an experienced real estate development and construction professional with a robust background in hospitality projects. Currently, Paul serves as a Partner at BASK Development, Inc., a full-service real estate firm, and at Integrated Hospitality Construction, LLC, which focuses on hospitality development. Previously, Paul held the position of Vice President of Development at Hillcrest Development, Inc., overseeing hospitality properties nationwide, and served as Project Manager at Scott-Long Construction, Inc., a leading general contracting firm in the Metro DC area. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Clemson University, an MBA in Business Administration from Northern Illinois University, and completed graduate coursework in Construction Management at The University of Texas at Austin.
