Sean Doran is a seasoned professional in project development and engineering, currently serving as the Project Development Manager at Basrah Gas Company. Previously, Sean held the position of General Manager of Project Transformation at Shell and worked at Shell Global Solutions International BV as a Lead Concept Engineer. Additional experience includes roles as Competitive Scoping Manager in Upstream at Shell Global Solutions and Front End Projects Manager at Shell Projects & Technology India. Sean Doran holds a Master of Engineering degree in Chemical Engineering from Imperial College London, completed between 1987 and 1991.
