Sarah Hough

Sarah Hough is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in community engagement and organizational leadership. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Community and Outfitter Engagement at Bass Pro Shops since February 2016, Sarah previously held the position of Manager of Community Affairs. As the President and Co-Founder of the Valley Springs Foundation from January 2012 to January 2021, Sarah played a pivotal role in establishing the organization's structure and strategic goals. Prior to that, Sarah worked as the Community Event Coordinator for the Downtown Springfield Association, coordinating cultural events to enhance the economic development of the area. Sarah's career began at Great Southern Bank as a Commercial Loan Assistant, where responsibilities included preparing loan documents and providing customer service. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Missouri State University.
