But in Ron’s case, this understanding is deep rooted after spending more than 20 years living and breathing the retail experience. Serving in a variety of operations positions for retail giant Kmart Corporation, Ron possesses a unique perspective of the industry and what it takes to satisfy customers. Having joined Bass Security in 2002, Ron quickly worked his way up through the ranks into major leadership roles as a result of his demonstrated commitment to customer service. As the Vice President of Purchasing & Logistics, he oversees the customer logistics, production and procurement departments at Bass Security.
