Kaelyn Baucum

Kaelyn Baucum is an experienced program coordinator and educator, currently serving at BASTA and EDUStaff, LLC as a substitute teacher since January 2023. With a strong background in coaching and health education, Kaelyn previously worked as a gymnastics coach at Head Over Heels Gymnastics and served as a peer health educator at the Health Promotion & Advocacy Center. Additional experience includes roles as a rooftop pool attendant, health and safety ambassador at American University, and creative designer for a client-focused project. Kaelyn holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from American University, complemented by a focus on Communication Studies and Creative Writing.
