Sonia Atsegbua

Sonia (Jones) Atsegbua is an experienced professional in strategic and employer partnerships, currently serving as the Director of Strategic Partnerships and Director of Employer Partnerships at BASTA since July 2022. Prior to this role, Sonia held various positions at LEARN Charter School Network from May 2015 to June 2022, including Director of Development, where key contributions included managing donor programs and authoring grant applications. Additional experience encompasses a marketing and development internship at Youth Guidance, teaching first grade at LEARN Charter School Network, and roles in mortgage consulting and executive search research at Wells Fargo and Russell Reynolds Associates, respectively. Sonia holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from Howard University and a Master's Degree in Public Service Management from DePaul University.
