Nawar Toma

Nawar Toma is an experienced professional in product management and business development, currently serving as the Category Manager for Technical PPE at Båstadgruppen AB since May 2023, following the acquisition of the Guardio brand, which Nawar founded and led as CEO from January 2019 to May 2023. Nawar has a strong background in the audio and safety equipment industries, having also founded Voxmio Audio AB, where quality wireless headphones were offered, and developed innovative hearing protection solutions for the construction sector. Prior roles include significant positions at Tele2 and Kuoni, focusing on digital product ownership and internal systems management. Nawar's career began in sales and marketing, reinforcing a comprehensive skill set that combines technical knowledge and business acumen, supported by education from IHM Business School and Stockholm University.
