Elsi Gibbs

Elsi Gibbs is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business management and client success. Currently serving as Business Director at Bastion Shine since September 2022, Elsi previously held various roles at Colenso BBDO from July 2017 to September 2022, culminating as Senior Business Manager. Earlier experience includes a Client Success Executive position at Brandpath Group, where support was provided for the development of 20 e-stores for Sony, and an Online Marketing Executive role focusing on e-commerce content creation for Sony. Elsi began a journey in mentorship as a Student Life Mentoring Assistant at the University of Surrey, where oversight was provided to twenty student mentors. Elsi holds a Bachelor’s Degree in English Literature with Creative Writing from the University of Surrey, earned between 2011 and 2015.
