Shiv Dixit

Shiv Dixit has over 18 years of experience in sales and management. Shiv is currently serving as the Head of Sales at Bata India Limited in the Gujarat and Madhya Pradesh region. Shiv'sresponsibilities include team building, training, and implementing sales strategies. Prior to this, Shiv worked as an Area Manager at SURYA Roshni Ltd. where they focused on market mapping, customer relationships, and new business development. Shiv has also held roles as a Product Head at Havells India Ltd, an Area Sales Manager at Okaya Power Group, and a Territory Sales Manager at airtel. Shiv's expertise lies in achieving sales targets, strategic planning, and effective management of channels. Shiv began their career as a Sales Engineer at Panasonic India, where they handled a team of service engineers and sales executives while developing sourcing strategies.

Shiv Dixit completed a PGDBM degree in Sales, Distribution, and Marketing Operations from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) in 2012. Prior to that, Shiv Dixit obtained a degree in Engineering in Electronic & Communication from Prof Ram Meghe College of Engineering & Management, Badnera Rly in 2001. Additionally, Shiv Dixit obtained a certification in ADIT (Advanced Diploma in Information Technology) from C-DAC (Formerly NCST) in 2002.
