Mari Jo Moody

Mari Jo Moody has a diverse work experience in the human resources field. Mari Jo currently serves as the Sr. Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Batesville, where they are responsible for ensuring the company has the right people with the right skills. Mari Jo previously held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Batesville and Hillenbrand. Mari Jo also served as the HR Business Advisor at Hillenbrand, where they provided guidance to various departments. Earlier in their career, they held several director-level roles at Batesville, where they led the IT and HR teams and supported different business areas. Additionally, Mari Jo worked at Hillenbrand Industries, where they held positions in continuous improvement consulting and internal audit.

Mari Jo Moody earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Accounting from Franklin College in 1996. In 1999, they went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Indiana Wesleyan University, completing their studies in 2001.
