Caroline Kurrus

Caroline Kurrus currently serves as the Vice President of Community Partnerships & Social Impact at Bath Area Family YMCA and Landing YMCA, a position held since January 2018, where responsibilities include developing the Business Partner Program to ensure financial support for various purpose-driven initiatives. Previously, Caroline Kurrus was the Director of Development, successfully raising over $4 million to enhance childcare capacity and provide essential financial assistance. Prior experience includes serving as the Director of HR and Community Relations at Artforms Inc. and working as an Outreach Specialist at the National Oceanic & Atmospheric Administration. Caroline Kurrus holds a Master's Degree in Urban & Environmental Planning from The University of Virginia School of Architecture and a Bachelor of Arts in English and Environmental Studies from the University of Vermont.
