Abi Smith

Abi Smith is currently serving as an HR and Resourcing Coordinator at Bath Rugby, a position held since September 2023, after previously working as a Hospitality Host for the organization from September 2021 to June 2023, where engagement with sponsors, players, and their guests was key. Prior to joining Bath Rugby, Abi held a team leadership role at Waitrose & Partners as a Supermarket Assistant from June 2019 to September 2020, emphasizing effective communication and task prioritization. Abi earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Bath, completing the degree in July 2023, and holds A Levels and GCSEs from Roundwood Park School, which were completed in August 2020.
