Mercè Lorente

Mercedes Cruz serves as the Chief Operations & Creative Officer at Insuring Impact, Inc. since September 2020, leading initiatives that aim to promote impactful insurance solutions. Concurrently, since November 2017, Mercedes holds the position of Creative Director at Immerse Inc., a digital marketing agency specializing in comprehensive marketing solutions. Previous experience includes serving as a Police Explorer Adult Advisor for the Milpitas Police Department from October 2010 to October 2019, and as a Training Coordinator at Tesla from December 2013 to May 2016, where support for the Daimler-Benz W242 project was provided. Mercedes also worked as Lead Activities Coordinator for Learning for Life from October 2012 to May 2013.
