Lauren Crump

Lauren Crump has been working in the nonprofit sector since 2014. Lauren began their career at Gardere Community Christian School as the Development Director in 2014. In 2016, they joined the Baton Rouge Area Foundation as the Nonprofit Excellence Vice President, and subsequently held the roles of Strategic Consulting Services Director, Project Manager, and Program Officer.

Lauren Crump obtained their Master of Arts in International Business and Policy from Georgetown University in 2018. Lauren earned their Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Education from Louisiana State University in 2016. Prior to that, they attended Kettering University from 2006 to 2009, studying Industrial Engineering.
