Christiana Beckham

Christiana Beckham currently serves as the Contact Center Manager at Baton Rouge Telco Federal Credit Union since March 2023. Prior to this role, Christiana accumulated extensive experience at Neighbors Federal Credit Union from February 2008 to June 2022, progressing through various positions including Assistant Manager, Senior Contact Center Representative, Contact Center Specialist, and Account Specialist. Educational qualifications include an Associate degree in Business Administration and Management from Baton Rouge Community College (2004-2007) and ongoing studies towards a Bachelor of Business Administration at Louisiana State University-Alexandria, initiated in August 2020.
