Sushma Matta Venkata

Sushma Matta Venkata has extensive experience in the field of human resources, with a focus on Oracle Cloud HCM implementation. Sushma is currently working as an Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Lead at Idaho National Laboratory. Prior to this, they worked at KPMG US as a Senior Associate, where they implemented Fusion Module - Oracle Recruiting and Onboarding for clients in the healthcare industry and received recognition for their exceptional performance. Sushma also gained valuable experience at Deloitte as a Senior Consultant, where they successfully implemented Fusion Modules for global human resources and talent management across multiple countries. Sushma started their career at Schrill Technologies Inc. as a Systems Analyst and later took on the role of Sr. HR Generalist Advisor. In these roles, they provided expertise in recruitment, selection, onboarding, and resource management. Before that, they worked as an HR Executive at KONE Elevators India Pvt Ltd and Randstad Pvt Ltd, where they focused on training and development, competency-based trainings, performance management, and high-potential development. Sushma started their HR career at Appnomic Systems Pvt Ltd, where they were responsible for end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee database maintenance.

Sushma Matta Venkata completed their education with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resources Management and Marketing from Anna University in 2010. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Costume Design and Fashion from Bharathiar University in 2008. Additionally, they have acquired several certifications, including Oracle Cloud Customer Connect - Bronze Medal Level in 2023 and Negotiation Foundations from LinkedIn in 2021. Sushma also holds multiple certifications in Oracle Talent Management Cloud and Oracle Recruiting Cloud Implementation Specialist from Oracle, obtained in various years. Sushma has completed SAP HR certification from New Maars Software India in 2012.
