Don Schmidt

Don Schmidt is an experienced educational leader with a diverse background in human capital management and leadership development. Currently serving as a Project Specialist in Human Capital at Battelle for Kids since January 2009, Don focuses on performance management, staff evaluation, and strategic compensation. Prior to this role, Don was a Consultant in Educational Leadership at Hamilton County ESC from 2000 to December 2008, where significant leadership training programs and an alternative licensing program for school principals were developed. Additionally, Don held the position of Superintendent of Schools at Finneytown Local School District from January 1985 to June 2000. Don Schmidt earned a Ph.D. in Educational Administration from Miami University and completed studies at Ohio State University.
