Michael Glenn

Michael Glenn is a Principal Technical Development Manager at Battery Energy Power Solutions Pty Ltd since October 2020, focusing on advancing gel battery technology and integrating lithium-ion batteries into energy systems. Previously, Michael served as a Research Scientist at Ecoult Energy Storage Solutions, where work involved UltraBattery® technology for renewable energy storage. Additionally, Michael was a Postdoctoral Research Associate at the University of Newcastle, contributing to the development of a direct carbon fuel cell. Early career experience includes roles at Boeing, creating a corrosion protection manual for the E-7A aircraft, and various academic positions at the University of Newcastle. Michael holds a Ph.D. in Chemistry and a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from the University of Newcastle.
